We understand that sometimes life takes an unexpected turn and we will help you navigate through a job transfer. You will still be responsible for rent until the unit has been re-rented or the lease has expired. We can help re-rent your apartment or house. Call your property manager to discuss options.

If one roommate doesn’t pay their share of the rent, the other tenants are still responsible for making sure the full rent is paid on time. All tenants on the lease are equally liable, regardless of who failed to pay.

Talk with your roommate about the lease terms, and each of your responsibilities. Your lease was approved with all parties combined incomes and savings. Any changes to the lease agreement must be approved in writing by the property manager.

Try to locate where the water is coming from. Each faucet and toilet has a water shut off valve. If the leak is isolated to one fixture you might be able to turn the valve off. There is also a water shut off valve for the apartment or house, usually just outside on the pipe below the water hose faucet. After shutting off the water, call the property management company immediately to report the issue. We have on call personnel available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Lastly, put down towels to keep water away from cabinets and carpeting.
