California Property Services has been providing high quality property management on the Central Coast for over 35 years. We continue to grow through referrals from satisfied property owners and tenants. We oversee hundreds of rental real estate assets on the Central Coast. Our staff combines over 80 years of property management experience with a friendly, professional outlook on serving our tenants and property owners alike.

Eric Johnson – Company Co-Founder
In loving memory of our friend, we thank Eric for devoting over 20 years to California Property Services. He leaves behind a great legacy.

Robert Lee – Company Co-Founder, Broker Cal DRE #00876258
With nearly 35 years of property management experience with our company Robert supervises the daily operations of CPS. He is involved with every aspect of the property management department, including staff supervision, problem solving, property maintenance and planning.

Tessie Machado – Property Manager Cal DRE #01246592
Tessie has over 25 years of property management experience with CPS and oversees an impressive portfolio of Central Coast rental properties.  Tessie is knowledgeable in all areas of property management.

Samantha Salazar – Property Manager Cal DRE #01892445
Sam has over 13 years of property management experience with CPS and oversees an impressive portfolio of Central Coast rental properties.  Sam is knowledgeable in all areas of property management.

Michelle Renee Zamora – Property Manager Cal DRE #01727690                      Renee has over 12 years of property management experience on the Central Coast and oversees an extensive portfolio of properties from our Arroyo Grande office.  Renee is experienced in all areas of property management.

Amber Shelton – Assistant 
Amber has over 12 years of experience working with CPS.  She assists in all areas of property management and oversees the Pismo Beach office and staff relations.

Terrie Bullitt – Assistant
Terrie has over 6 years of experience working with CPS and helps with receptionist duties, scheduling, and assisting with property management work loads at our Arroyo Grande office.

Mishell Worth – Assistant
Mishell has over 6 years of experience working with CPS.  She assists with property manager workloads, answering phones, contracts, scheduling and just about everything.

Flor Carachure – Assistant
Flor has worked for CPS for over 3 years and helps as a property management assistant and with receptionist duties.  Flor is bilingual, which helps broaden our communication abilities within our community.

Brittany Westfall – Receptionist
Brittany has worked with CPS for over 2 years and is the receptionist in our Pismo Beach office.  She is the primary greeter by phone and in person and enjoys helping people, as well as assisting staff where needed.

Brett Bey – Assistant Cal DRE # 02081499
Brett assists in many areas of property management and is currently helping to oversee a number of commercial properties.  He works between our Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach offices each week.

Wendi Schaefer – Bookkeeping/Data Entry
Wendi has over 19 years of experience with CPS.  She processes property information into our corporate database, enters rents, and prepares property financial statements.
