California Property Services has been providing high quality property management on the Central Coast for over 30 years. We continue to grow through referrals from satisfied property owners and tenants. We oversee hundreds of rental real estate assets on the Central Coast. Our staff combines over 80 years of property management experience with a friendly, professional outlook on serving our tenants and property owners alike.

Eric Johnson – Company Co-Founder
In loving memory of our friend, we thank Eric for devoting over 20 years to California Property Services. He leaves behind a great legacy.

Robert Lee – Company Co-Founder, Broker
With nearly 32 years of property management experience with our company Robert supervises the daily operations of CPS. He is involved with every aspect of the property management department, including staff supervision, problem solving, property maintenance and planning. Robert is a licensed broker in the state of California.

Tessie Machado – Property Manager
Tessie has over 22 years of property management experience with our company and oversees an impressive portfolio of Central Coast rental properties. Tessie is knowledgeable in all areas of property management and is a vital part of our staff at California Property Services. She is a licensed agent in the state of California.

Autumn Arrington – Property Manager
Autumn has over 13 years of property management experience with our company and oversees an impressive portfolio of Central Coast rental properties. She works out of the Arroyo Grande office, overseeing daily property management needs with  staff, property owners and vendors, helping to keep properties running smoothly. Autumn is a licensed agent in the state of California.

Samantha Salazar – Property Manager
Sam has over 11 years of property management experience with CPS. In addition to managing a portfolio of Central Coast rental properties, she is responsible for all advertising for California Property Services. Sam is a licensed agent in the state of California.

Amber Shelton – Assistant 
Amber has over 10 years of property management experience with CPS. She assists the property managers with vacancy planning and work, and helps keep the Pismo Beach office running smoothly. Amber is working on becoming a licensed agent.

Terrie Bullitt – Assistant
Terrie has over 9 years of experience in property management. She helps run our Arroyo Grande office and greets people with a warm smile and friendly attitude, as well as assisting staff as needed.

Mishell Worth – Assistant
Mishell has over 3 years of property management experience with CPS.  She assists Tessie with her portfolio management, scheduling work orders, and assisting in our daily office flow.

Dina McCrum –  Project Manager                                                                                   Dina has over 16 years of construction management experience and loves to help property managers and property owners with projects that require extra attention. She also helps with property inspections and compliance issues.

Wendi Schaefer – Bookkeeping/Data Entry
Wendi has over 19 years of experience with CPS. She processes all property information into our corporate data base, enters rents and prepares property financial statements for review.

Flor Carachure – Receptionist
Flor is the receptionist in our Arroyo Grande office and is the first smiling face or voice you hear when stopping in the office or calling in. Flor is also bi-lingual, which helps broaden our communication abilities with the community.

Brittany Westfall – Receptionist
Brittany is the receptionist in our Pismo Beach office and is the first smiling face you see.  She is our primary greeter, by phone and in person, and also assists with office flow and dispatching work orders.
